New Online Reservation System for ADA Paratransit Riders
Effective January 1, 2020 ADA Paratransit riders in Worcester, Auburn, Boylston, Leicester, Northborough, Oxford, Westborough and West Boylston will have the option to schedule trips through our new Online Reservation System. Call customer service at 508-791-9872 or email [email protected] to begin scheduling your trips online. Please note all riders can still call customer service to schedule trips.
Please follow the steps below to access and set up your ADA paratransit trip reservation account:
Step 1:
Upon logging into the Automated Fare Collection portal select link that states Click here to book an ADA trip
Step 2:
Select this link and you will be redirected to the Online Reservation System (ORS). Below is an image of what the portal access should look like:
Step 3:
Once you are on this page please select Create an account link:
You will be asked for:
- Your Client ID number
- Your first name
- Your last name
- The date of your birth
Step 4:
Once that information is provided you will be asked to create a password. You may use the same password as the Automated Fare Collection password.
Step 5:
Upon creation of your password you will have access to the ORS portal where you will be able to schedule new trips, cancel trips and see your current trips as well as your trip history.

Note: Each time you log into the AFC account you will need to log in again into the ORS account
To schedule an ADA paratransit trip please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Select on Schedule a new trip link (located in the top right corner of the screen).
Step 2:
You will be redirected to Plan your trip portion of the portal.
- Select Round-trip if you plan to schedule a trip to and from the same locations.
- Select One-way trip if you are planning to travel one way only or between multiple locations.
- In the From drop down menu, type in the address of where you want to be picked up.
- In the To drop down menu, type in the address of where you want to be dropped off.
- Select Pick up or Appointment (Appointments are recommended option when you need to be at a location by a specific time).
- Next, type in or select date of your trip followed by hour, minute and AM or PM.
Step 3:
Select Next button located in the lower right portion of the screen.
Step 4:
You will be redirected to the Add Travelers portion of the portal .
- Your information will automatically be populated.
- Select equipment that you will travel with from the Equipment option drop down menu.
Step 5:
To add a companion or a PCA to your trip please select +add traveler button.
Step 6:
Select if you will be traveling with a Companion, Personal Care Assistant or a Service Animal.
- You may provide the First name, Last name of additional traveler.
- If your companion will be using Equipment please select the equipment type from the drop down menu.
Step 7:
Select Next.
Step 8:
You will be redirected to the Confirm portion of the portal.
Review the trip Itinerary and Travelers information.
Step 9:
Select Submit My Trip Request.
Step 10:
Upon processing of the trip request you will be redirected to main Dashboard were you will be able to see all your Current Trips and your trip history.

To Cancel an ADA paratransit Trip:
Online trip cancelations can be made up to 4:30 pm the day before your scheduled trip. To cancel all other trips please contact WRTA Paratransit Center by calling 508-791-9782 option 3.
Step 1:
Locate the trip you wish to cancel from Current Trips Dashboard.
Step 2:
Select Cancel Trip.

Step 3:
Alert message will display confirming that you wish to cancel the trip.
- Select Cancel this trip to cancel
- Select Cancel this trip and any others on the same day
Step 4:
Upon successful cancelation of your trip you will see trip confirmation message and the Cancel Trip button will no longer be available.
