Is the WRTA'S ADA paratransit service available at my new address?
Public transportation can be the difference between independence, dependence, or isolation. For many individuals, having the option to use public transportation is key to active, independent lives without dependence on requesting rides from others or becoming isolated without transportation options.
The ADA service area is available within a ¾ mile buffer surrounding each of the WRTA’s fixed routes. If you are ADA eligible and planning to move to a new address, please contact us to find out if your new address is located within the ADA service area, so that your transportation can continue seamlessly. Living near a vibrant public transportation system can help you stay active and independent!
